- Medium vine-ripened tomato, thickly sliced
- Fresh burrata cheese
- Mama Kicks Chimichurri Sauce
- Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Flat leaf parsley for garnish (optional)
Assemble by layering a tomato slice as the base, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, spread burrata onto the tomato, then drizzle generously with Mama Kicks Chimichurri Sauce.
Continue building the stack with remaining tomato slices by layering the ingredients in the same order, finishing with the Chimichurri Sauce.
Garnish with a sprig of flat leaf parsley. Allot one tomato per person.
