Berbere Bliss Breakfast Potatoes

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 lbs baby red bliss potatoes, halved
  • 1 each red & yellow bell peppers
  • 1 Medium yellow onion
  • 1 jar Mama Kicks Berbere Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper

Lightly coat potatoes in olive oil, saving a few tablespoons, and roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring half-way through.

Sauté onions and bell peppers in remaining olive oil until caramelized.

Add potatoes to the sauté pan and stir in Mama Kicks Berbere Sauce until warmed.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
