- 1/3 lb ground lamb
- 2/3 lb ground beef
- ¼ c bread crumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 jar Mama Kicks Berbere Sauce
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, scallions and 1/3 jar of the Mama Kicks Berbere Sauce.
Form mixture into one-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment, leaving space between.
Bake at 350 until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and toss generously in remaining Mama Kicks Berbere Sauce.
Garnish with cilantro.
Serve as an appetizer or with basmati rice for a meal.
